v6.2 修复“开 Discord 子区”从最后一条 agent/验收回复误取 topic 的真实失败。新的 attention-focus resolver 依次选择当前未发送草稿、当前非噪音引用、最近真实 Gong 表达、最近 Gong 纠偏，最后才退到 agent 回复并标记“请审阅”；workspace、acceptance/smoke 不能通过隐式 history fallback 成为真实子区标题。首次已登录复验发现旧 `OC-OLD` 回复因文本普通仍逃过 classifier；系统随后加入因果噪音继承：显式 reply id 指向 acceptance，或旧历史中与噪音 Gong 消息相邻且时间配对的 agent 结果，也继承 acceptance provenance。8 个 resolver + 7 个 causal-noise 场景通过。最终 QA history modal 诚实显示“尚无可用上下文”；临时草稿显示“当前未发送草稿”，编辑后显示“Gong 已编辑”且 preview/confirm 失效。草稿恢复为空、article 维持 29、页面日志为空，私有 relay 没有新增 create。
