current fact：本周不是“无重大系统变化”。10 Paper Portfolio 的 source 在 2026-07-30 把 current_attention 收窄为一个可审计 working focus：只把 USL-03 作为 next scientific gate，USL-04 排在 gate resolution 之后，P11 明确保持 non-WIP architecture seed。与此同时，Gong 在 AID daily evidence 中把当前 owner P0 指向“快速吃透表格大模型”，并给出 RecSys -> dense table as RecSys -> Unit Primitive tabular model 的推进链。
inference：这说明系统本周更强的地方不是论文数量，而是 attention control：owner 的不可替代判断进入了“什么才是当前最要紧的理解与 gate”，agent/source 则把 P11、RecSys、USL-03、Primer Ch04 和 daily board 串成了同一条可验证压力线。
