current fact：本周不是“无重大系统变化”。10 Paper Portfolio 的 current doctrine 已切到 Unit Selection Learning：state/submission-ledger-v2.yaml 记录 AAAI-27 十个 USL topic 已完成 abstract registration，并在 2026-07-20 通过 OpenReview Activity 页一次性验证；USL-01 在 2026-07-24 完成外部 title update/readback，2026-07-26 又形成 hello_agent.md 最高优先 owner semantic contract，明确 U ~ Pi、realized u、world conditional、learner belief 与 response-law interface 的边界。

inference：这让 WeHub 本周更像一个能把 Gong 的不可替代数学判断转成多篇论文的 source hierarchy、claim gate 和 ripple audit 的系统，而不只是继续堆 manuscript/page。最强系统增益不是论文数量，而是：owner semantic delta 被迫回写到 ledger、agenda、USL03/USL04/P31/P32 等 paper-facing entries，并显式保留 compatibility hold 和 non-claim。

1. 10 Paper：从 P23/P20 preflight 转向 USL core-ten abstract registration

current fact：state/submission-ledger-v2.yaml 状态为 active，updated_at 是 2026-07-26，记录 abstract_registration_status: submitted、full_paper_status: drafting。十个 USL paper 都有独立 topic/workspace；USL-01 有 OpenReview forum yvrsrKDNwl / submission 23744，USL-05 到 USL-10 已写入 forum URL，USL-02/03/04 仍有 direct URL writeback gap。

current fact：项目 README 明确：core ten 不再由“哪篇稿子成熟、哪个 deadline 更近”倒推；USL01-USL10 是已越过 abstract-registration gate 的 active core-ten overlay，旧 RQ/P 资产继续作为 provenance、SOTA、实验或 manuscript source。

3. USL ripple：出现 inheritance candidate，但还不是完整 second-use better outcome

current fact：state/usl01-foundation-ripple-audit-v0.md 覆盖除 USL01 外的 41 个 current research projects，记录哪些项目 handled、hold 或 no retrofit。它新增/同步多个 paper hello_agent.md、纠正 P20/P23/P32 state wording，并明确 P16/P23/P32/USL04/USL10 等需要 owner choice 或 grow gate。

current fact：审计也明确：USL paper/RQ 目录在 Portfolio git worktree 中仍显示 untracked，未 stage、未 commit；本轮未 submit、未 deploy。

inference：Team OS 更强在 freshness 和 surface/state separation，不是 provider capability 本身跃迁。Provider policy 仍应由 agent 自主收口，不应抢 Gong 对 USL/full-paper 的判断。

6. Discord/AID 与 nano-work：sensing 可用，但 authority 仍低

current fact：daily-discord-history-evidence.json generated_at 2026-07-26，覆盖 2026-07-25 AID active-thread daily wedge：gong_messages_read 4、candidate_topics 1，且明确不覆盖未入分区 thread、DM 或 bot 无权限区域。

pass：Gong 的注意力进入了 Unit/Individual/evidence/belief/response-law 这类不可替代判断，并直接影响项目 doctrine、submission ledger 和 paper hello source priority。

risk：Gong 仍需要亲自纠正术语、external abstract sync、P32 typing 和 reader feedback route。系统还未完全把维护噪音挡在 agent 层。

Complexity Test

方向建议

  1. 选一个 full-paper gate：USL-01、USL-03、USL-04 三者只选一个进入下周 owner-deep-work / submission package lane。
  2. 修 projection drift，而不是扩系统：daily board 的 P23/P20 旧口径、P32 v0.4 stale preview、USL02/03/04 forum URL gaps 都是最小同步项。
