Agent Mind 不是 prompt 工程，也不该一次长成百科。

hello_agent.md 是项目级 seed 与 owner 交互核心；Life Stories、contract、profile、eval 和网页都从它向下生长。当前已加入递归、多尺度 Agent 边界；第一轮 weshare runtime decision trial 已完成，7 月 26 日出现一条下游 inheritance candidate，7 月 28 日又落下首个 owner-selected 人类 Agent Profile。8 月 30 日复核把代表性增量更新为 TabU-lab 的 contract-first 执行循环；8 月 31 日开始对九份核心认知文档逐份做 owner review，当前只完成了 hello_agent.md 的最小边界修正。formal receipt、独立第二次真实复用带来的更好结果与外部迁移仍未成立。

一句话

Agent Mind 是 WeHub agent 社会的可迁移、可评测、可演化心智层。Prompt、SOUL、MEMORY、skill、team docs 和网页都只是它的来源或投影。

项目权威怎样流动

hello_agent.md 承载 owner intent / need / correction；子模块 seed 与 canonical source 承接具体问题；runtime / delivery 产生 evidence；只有 feedback 改变项目核心理解时，才回到 hello_agent.md 做 owner-reviewed seed iteration。

README 是架构地图，public page 是 review projection；二者都不拥有项目真值。

认知文档怎样刷新

drift-checks/2026-08-31-cognition-doc-refresh-ledger.md 把九份核心文档按 queued → reviewing → approved → applied → verified 逐份推进，并保留变更校验 receipt。首份 hello_agent.md 已完成最小 source-role、时间边界与 operational SSOT 修正；较大改写被暂缓。

这不是自动同步，也不是九份文档都已更新。当前 README.md 仍在等待 owner 决定，其余七份仍 queued；ledger 只是审阅记录，不拥有认知事实。

为什么先做 Life Story

Life story 是比完整 mind card 更小的心智：我是谁、从哪里来、现在在哪一章、我不应该把自己误认为谁。它足够小，agent 真的可能读；也足够有用，能先解决身份连续性和混淆问题。

baseline 与 weekly reflection 说了什么

系统审计把 WeHub 描述为 personal Agent Society OS 的候选口径，并给出“Intent → Society → Verified Outcome → Inheritance → Stronger ME”的循环假设。它的核心诊断是“器官丰富、循环偏弱”。7 月 19 日 reflection 确认首次 weshare trial 是有意义的 source-order / routing delta；7 月 26 日 reflection 又记录 USL-01 owner semantic contract 被用于下游 claim boundary 与 compatibility decision，构成 selection → inheritance 候选。8 月 9–23 日记录 TabUF/P11 与 P35/OAttention 从 owner correction 进入可执行 contract、tests、bounded pilots 和 release candidate。8 月 30 日把本周代表性工作更新为 TabU-lab：cell / row Unit 被定义为独立 contracts / families，六链 evaluation 和 bounded diagnostics 已组成 contract → diagnostic → report → boundary 的执行 spine。

这些都只是 feedback observation。TabU-lab 的关键报告仍是 local_unissued，worktree 仍 dirty；P35 仍在 red-team hardening，未完成 clean external submission。当前也尚无 formal receipt、full-paper gate exit、稳定 second use → better outcome 或外部迁移。

第一次 trial 证明了什么

Baseline 已经知道应先做 WeHub 自心智；contract 的增益不是“纠正大方向”，而是把泛化心智卡收紧成 provenance-aware decision trace。Owner 随后纠正 source order，最终 run 明确先读 hello_agent.md，再分 system / agent / host / bot / human / page 并路由到 owning source。

这是第一次 live decision evidence，不是持久 runtime injection，更不是 inheritance。

当前边界

人、组织、runtime 与 agent team 都可以在问题需要 boundary / state / agency / feedback 视角时作为 Agent 被理解。
Agent 可以包含、属于或代表其他 Agent，但身份、心智、状态、权限与责任不能静默继承；WeHub collective Agent 不等于名为 wehub 的 runtime。
主机在当前 Life Story wedge 中只作为运行上下文，不单独人格化；这不是“主机永远不是 Agent”的本体断言。
roster seed draft 只是起点，后续要由对应 agent 或人类复核。
完整 mind card、eval、memory policy、runtime projection 都先不塞进 life story。

Roster 怎样连接

agent-profiles/roster-projection-contract-v0.yaml 规定联合投影：Agent Mind / Agent Profiles 提供“它是谁、为何存在、如何形成与成长”的 cognition source；Team OS 提供 host、runtime、注册状态、可用性与调度入口。

现有 roster 可以连接两层，但页面本身不是事实源。本轮建立的是职责与 source contract，不是自动同步、完整迁移或 collective intelligence 证明。

首个长期人类 Profile

陶哲轩是首个 owner-selected 的长期人类 profile。v0.1 从量子位报道进入，再以陶哲轩 ICM 2026 官方 slides、UCLA 页面与本人博客校验，分别保存公开事实、支持性概括和 WeHub 解释；同时提供机器可读 profile 与 noindex 公开页。

这不是本人、授权数字分身或私人心智模拟，也没有证明 profile 已帮助真实路由或研究决策。下一 gate 是一次自然下游使用，而不是批量扩建人物库。

Agent Stack 仍然成立

L1 Operations / Infrastructure：我是否活着，跑在哪。
L2 Identity / Self：我是谁，我能做什么。
L3 Social / Collaboration：我和谁协作，何时路由或沉默。
L4 Environment / Task：世界和任务流里发生了什么。

但当前页面不展开所有子层。真正需要展开时，单独 grow 对应模块。

Seed backlog

以下方向保留，但不在当前解释页展开：Event Radar 触发规则、token 代谢心智、LAN Awareness、personal-avatar growth、runtime A/B、完整 mind card v0。

problem-ledger/ 已从普通 backlog 长成一组 source seed：18 个 WeHub 核心问题和 domain/use 双轴融合 v0.2。它还没有跑真实问题闭环，所以暂不宣称为自动化能力或产品 surface。
